This book- “Panchatantra Rabbit & Lion/Crown & Snake 2in1”, has 2 incredible stories about Rabbit & lion, and Crown & the snake.

First tale-

In the Rabbit and the Lion story, there is this dreadful lion who always attacks and kills other animals in the jungle. Because of this, all the animals are afraid of him. One day the animals decided that each animal per day would go to him to be his prey. When it was the rabbit’s turn, he got an idea to trick the lion and told him that he was late because there was another lion on his way that also killed a lot of rabbits. And that, the lion challenged this one. So, this lion was very cruel and competitive, so he asked the rabbit to take him to the other Lion. The rabbit took him to a den, where there was no other lion but just a shadow of this old lion. But this dumb and stupid lion didn’t understand that and tried to attack his own reflection and thus ended up in a well and died.

Second tale-

The second story is about the crown and the snake in which the crow family's eggs were always eaten by the cruel snake, who used to come up to their nest and eat all the eggs when no one was around. The crow's family was very disheartened and sad, so he approached the grandmother to seek her help. She came up with a plan to steal the queen’s jewelry that she puts aside, whenever she takes a bath at the lake. The papa crow did the same thing as directed by the grandmother. And he stole a necklace and put it in the hole where the snake lived. The queen’s servants chased the crow and finally found the necklace in that hole. The snake came out of it and the servants got scared of it and hence killed him.
