Angry Akku – Pratham Level 2 “Angry Akku” by Vinayak Varma is an emotional story with illustrations that convey the emotions by the author himself. The story follows a little girl, Akku, who seems to be in an awful mood. As the last school bell for the day rings all the children are happy but akku seems to be seething with rage. As she goes back home with her Appa nothing seems to take her out of that mood not the lovely sunflowers, not the monkeys, nothing. When she gets home even after having tasty food she still is a bit grumpy. Then her Appa suggests something that not only explains why she was angry but also eases it all.
