The Very Wiggly Tooth – Pratham Level 2 “The Very Wiggly Tooth” by Reshma Thapa Gurung is a beautiful story with wonderful illustrations by Canato Jimo. The story follows a little girl, Bunu. One day, Bunu approaches her mother about her wiggly tooth. It is her first wiggly tooth and she is excited and scared at the same time. Her mother asks her to push it out with her teeth but it doesn’t seem to work so her mother asks her to wait till it’s ready. She then goes to her father who checks the teeth and asks her to wait as well. But Bunu is impatient and ties her teeth to an end of a string and attaches the other side to a door knob but it doesn’t work. Even her sister, Chunnu tries to help but it only ends in pain. But then something happens. Exactly like what was told in the story her mother tells her. What does her mother tell Bunu? What does Bunu do next? What happens to her tooth? Read on to find out.
